Is what I see on the website all that you carry?
We have over $1,000,000 in inventory at any given time—which is a ton of tires—so some items may not be listed on our web site. If you don't see something you need, just call or email us and we’ll find it in our warehouse or special order it for you.
How do I know which brand or style of tire to choose?
We realize most people don't love tires as much as we do… that’s why you’ll find detailed descriptions highlighting the unique features of each tire. You can also read the profiles for each brand we sell, and inform yourself with our articles library before any choices are made. How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal—which allows you to pay via eCheck or direct deposit from your bank account through their world-renowned service.
Is it safe to shop for tires online?
We lead the online tire industry in ecommerce security. How do you ship my purchase?
We usually ship your order by FedEx ground, although some items may be shipped through UPS. Your order should process within 24 hours, but please expect 7 to 10 days for delivery. If you need to receive your order faster than this, we can usually ship it expedited—just give us a call at 1-877-656-2470.
Where is my purchase shipped from?
Many of our tires and wheels are shipped from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona—but if it means a faster shipping time for you, we will ship it from one of our supplier’s warehouses, which are located all over the USA.
Returns & Warranty Questions
What’s your return policy?
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Are the products you sell under warranty—what happens if I experience a defect?
Every product we sell is covered by our Happiness Guaranteed policy: If you ever experience a defective product, just call us at 1-877-656-2470 and we will issue a call tag for the defective product to be picked up. We'll pay the freight both ways, and will either offer a credit for a replacement or issue a full refund.
