Company History

TiresUSA.com was founded by Bob Slagle and his tire company S & S Tire Co. in 2008, and is based just outside of Phoenix, Arizona.

S & S Tire Co. has served the Valley of the Sun through its full-service automotive and specialty tire stores since 1976, and currently operates in three locations around Phoenix.

From the very beginning, providing hard-to-find specialty tires has been a passion, and S & S Tire Co. has grown to become one of the largest suppliers of lawn mower tires, trailer tires, and golf cart tires in the United States. We buy direct from brand-name manufacturers, often in large-quantity trailer and container loads.

In 2008 we realized that the entire nation had a need for a easy and reliable source of specialty tires, so we created TiresUSA.com for individuals, businesses, and military users. We've quickly become the preferred source for many types of buyers, including golf courses, landscaping companies, factories, home gardeners, and customization enthusiasts.
